Pharma Patient and Prescriber Audiences by Condition

Conditions27

Patient (DTC) and prescriber (HCP) audiences for 27 conditions across seven therapeutic areas. Every household and prescriber is scored for fit to the condition, validated against the U.S. baseline, and measured every week. At $1.50 to $3.00 CPM, these audiences are priced at approximately 50% or less of the market rate.

How the condition audiences are built

Patients (DTC)

Patient profiles come from physician-reported registries, diagnostic population surveys, and federal (CDC, CMS, NIH) and disease-association reporting. Each of 251.7M U.S. adult records is scored 0 to 100 for fit to the published profile by age, gender and income, weighted by geographic prevalence where a published source meets our standard.

Prescribers (HCP)

Treating and referring prescribers are counted by primary NUCC taxonomy in the CMS NPPES registry (September 2026) and matched to home addresses in Semcasting's NPI file for reach on CTV, streaming and display. Referring counts exclude doctors already counted as treating.

What it is not

No diagnosis records, claims, prescriptions or PHI are used, and the score says nothing about any one person's health. Quality is confirmed by comparing delivered audiences with the national panel at fixed score cutoffs, every week during a campaign.
