Ray Kingman

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Ray Kingman leads the company in the development and commercialization of its automated targeting and data offerings. As an experienced innovator in content management, analytics and data visualization fields, Ray directs the day-to-day operations of Semcasting, Inc.

Geetha Neelakantiah

SVP/GM Business Development, Operations, and Marketing

Geetha is the GM for Financial Services, Home Services/Products, and Retail Verticals. In addition, she oversees Operations and Corporate Marketing. Her 15+ years in direct marketing provide Semcasting, Inc. and our partners with a depth of expertise in multi-channel campaign planning, design, and implementation.

Michael Schwalbert

SVP, Corporate Sales

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Sales, Mike Schwalbert brings over 17 years of experience in database marketing, data transformation, and customer data integration. At Semcasting, Mike is focused on Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals. Before Semcasting, Mike spent most of his career at Acxiom Corporation.

Ian Tattenham

VP of Sales & Strategic Accounts

Ian leads partnerships, data licensing, AudienceDesigner by Semcasting (ADS) platform sales, and Identity Management Graph (IMG) services. He brings 23 years of ad-tech and data sales experience. Before Semcasting, Ian was VP of Sales at TruSignal, Inc., where he led partnerships and helped grow the business significantly, which led to their acquisition by TransUnion (NYSE: TRU).

Matthew Hedberg

VP, General Manager, Professional Services

Matthew Hedberg serves as the Vice President, General Manager of Professional Services at Semcasting, overseeing Politics and Advocacy, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals. He and his team of professionals in Operations, Data Science, and Account Management offer clients a robust blend of industry expertise. Matt brings a wealth of leadership and data science experience from the political arena through service on Federal, State and Independent Expenditure campaigns.

Mike Skladony

GM, Consumer Services

Mike Skladony serves as the General Manager of the Consumer Services team at Semcasting. He oversees all Travel, Entertainment, Tourism, Higher Ed, and Nonprofit clients. Mike’s team of audience developers, account managers and campaign managers work with clients hand in hand to develop audience solutions and winning digital campaign strategies. Mike started his career with Semcasting in 2012, straight out of college and right into a role as Semcastings first digital account executive.

Brian Rivard


Brian Rivard leads the software development team at Semcasting, Inc., and has been with the company since its founding. Brian brings over 40 years of software development and technical management experience to the company. Before coming to Semcasting, Brian was a Development Manager with Segue Software; he has led a number of large teams as a hands-on technical manager and developer at a variety of organizations on various projects. Brian holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from Northeastern University.

John Spinney


John leads the design and development of AudienceDesigner by Semcasting (ADS), Identity Management Graph and other Data Solutions. He has over 35 years of design and development experience. He previously worked at Epsilon and Charles River Development.
